The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the seafront and right by the train station, making it convenient for travelers like myself. However, the hotel itself was in desperate need of some modernization. the rooms were small and outdated, with worn carpets, exposed wires, and poor lighting. the bed was uncomfortable, with springs poking through, making for a restless night's sleep. Despite the clean sheets, the overall atmosphere of the room left much to be desired. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch, but unfortunately, I was unable to partake due to an early morning appointment. Overall, while the staff were exceptional and the location was ideal, the hotel's outdated decor and lack of modern amenities left much to be desired. With some investment and updates, this place could truly shine. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration for future guests.
